Jay A. Woidtke
Mr. Woidtke graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with an undergraduate degree in Political Science. He attended Santa Clara University for his law degree, achieving a Juris Doctor in 1978, summa cum laude.
Mr. Woidtke has been practicing law in the State of California since 1978. Mr. Woidtke is Certified as a specialist by the California State Bar in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law (State Bar of California).
Mr. Woidtke is a life-long resident of Castro Valley. He is married and has 5 daughters! He enjoys fishing, boating, and music, especially Jimmy Buffett. He is also a Raider fan!

Ms. Woidtke graduated from Loyola University New Orleans, magna cum laude, with an undergraduate degree in Political Science. During her time at Loyola, she was a member of Delta Gamma Fraternity and Pi Sigma Alpha and Omicron Delta Kappa honors fraternities. She attended University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where she was a member of the inaugural Accelerated Honors Program completing law school in 2.5 years instead of the traditional 3.
Ms. Woidtke received her Juris Doctor in 2020 with great distinction and a concentration in business law. During her time at McGeorge, she was a member of the University of the Pacific Law Review where she published two articles and served as a Primary Legislation Editor. She also received three Witkin Awards, awarded to the student receiving the highest grade in a course in: Federal Income Taxation, Estate and Gift Tax/Estate Planning, and Community Property. Ms. Woidtke has been a member of the State Bar of California since May 2021.
